New: 66 horizonal rule designs

A member requested horizontal rule designs, and I thought that was a great idea. The default HTML horizontal rule offers simplistic CSS styling that is quite limiting. SVG easily let’s you add non-blocky designs, curvy shapes, and fun repeating patterns.

SVG Backgrounds now hosts 10+ collections of HTML/CSS elements that you can style with SVG, including list-item bullets, quotation marks, underlines, preloaders, cursors, and shape dividers with future plans to continue adding website graphics.
